Seamless exercise! I made an enquiry online had a phone call the next day set an appointment for the next day. The best bit was the depth of knowledge they had in the subject matter knowing exactly what was required and more and all this was done with speed more importantly impeccable customer focus and service. I had a 30min slot but it was all done within 20mins but in that time I gained better understanding of what was required. So I walked away with far more than I bargained for. I needed a notary or solicitor who would certify a document signed by me and to be apostiled using fast track FCDO service and post the document to the country of destination. I got an apointment within 24 hrs, which is fantastic and way sooner than anywhere, the meeting happened in a very professional room dedicated solely for my and very private. The documents were duly witnessed and signed and the Secretary managed all the payments and onwards courier very quickly and expertly. Amazed and will come back with more requests.

My wife and I used their service to certify copies of our passports. It was excellent and hassle free. I had to postpone my appointment with very short notice and they kindly accommodated me. The premises is nice and clean, I would come here again for future notary services, and strongly recommend them. They accept card payment as well.

I got a selection of documents apostilled and notarised with Fatchett and Co. as part of the visa application process. We needed a notary to notarise a power of attorney for the purchase of a French property. We recieved the paperwork on Friday the 8th of September and our notaire in France wanted the POA by the following week. After phoning about we managed to secure an appointment the following Thursday. We then received a call from Sarah who managed to get us an appointment on the Tuesday. All documents were notarised and emailed to our notaire in France immediately after the notary had finished. We found Fatchett and co, especially Sarah to be very helpful and efficient.
